Cook isn’t finished yet. The 100% number is misleading on the Cook County report. Actually there are about 50 precincts still out in Cook. It’s looking good for Duckworth, but it ain’t over yet.
New numbers from Cook’s part of the IL-6. 79 of 127 precincts are in. That’s about 62%. Duckworth is ahead by 514 votes.
Misread the damn header–but just fixed it. I’m not in Illinois either.
