I assume whomever Bush picks will have horns, cloven feet, and a connection to an oil company, so who cares what name the minion goes by?

I really see no reason why he can’t do both the EPA and HHS. Screwing up our environment and our collective health is probably related. Let’s save some taxpayer money. We can call it part of reducing the deficit.
