Remember the mention of the buttons about Sarah Palin skipping out on the Special Session?
Palin has spent little time in Juneau, rarely coming to the state capital except when the Legislature was in session, and sometimes not even then.
During a recent special session called by Palin herself, she faced criticism from several legislators for not showing up personally to push for her agenda.
Someone at the Capitol even printed up buttons asking “Where’s Sarah?”
Rep. Andrea Doll, D-Juneau, called it a telling question.
“At a time when her leadership was truly needed, we didn’t know where she was,” Doll said.
Here they are:
Maybe the press should start wearing them…
Sorry I am a Republican and think you are completely deranged. However, as someone who has worked in politics at the national level if you spend 30 seconds watching the interview she did with Charlie Gibson you will see why she is about to flame out. She looks a PTA mom in the interview in the worst possible sense, like she would be out of her league of nations in dealing with a foreign country.
If I’m Biden, I get her into a free flowing discussion where she has to go off her talking points and let the world see she has no clothes.
Then it’s over, and we try to figure out how to beat you in 2012
Larry’s only partially deranged. Particularly after a few beers. lol
Well, to be told you’re deranged by a Republican — is that such a bad thing? If the village lunatic runs up to you and complains about your grasp on reality, personally I would look at it as almost a validation.
As to Palin, all I can say is she didn’t pass the Republican grandma test…
It’s really case of ‘Resume Padding’ gone wild. Everyone knows it.
This race has become more about race than any I’ve ever witnessed. It will continue to polarize our country until election day and far beyond. I visit lots of sites. But I’m most astonished at African American sites that support McCain/Palin. Black Republicans? Isn’t that an oxymoron?
