You screw up and lose a huge undertaking, you get booted upwards to national organizing. Pretty impressive Petey.

For your daily funnies, you can go to Petey’s new/old project, Americans for Truth. From the looks of it, we might have more fun as Petey expands and deals with issues in science as well as family issues. I can’t wait–is Petey a believer that the Earth is 6,000 years old? Place your bets.

  1. This move got pretty well panned on the conservative crossroads … but some hate-filled uber-conservatives still came out to defend bigotry and segregation.

Why again do people vote for conservatives? And how is it that conservatives always seem to fail up the activist/bureacratic ladder (“Yer doin a heckuva job Petey”)?

  2. Hmmm…It appears that IFI violated its legal status in that press release.

Smith said. “I will do my best to defend marriage, life, and decency for the families of this state against the determined efforts of liberal groups to disqualify Biblically-informed thought and action.”

IFI is a non-partisan, non-profit public policy group that works to protect marriage, family and the sanctity of life

So, they are going to fight liberal groups while remaining non partisan? How’s that again?

Clearly, their new director is jeopardizing their status. I know CREW’s pretty busy, but perhaps this press release should be forwarded to them?
