I’m with Kos that they are a bit overly optimistic, but still a very good sign:
IL-10
Kirk (R) 46
Seals (D) 44
On the flip side, while Bean is still leading, McSweeney does better than in some other recent polling (I think–frankly they are all blending together at this point)
IL-08
Bean (D) 47
McSweeney (R) 44

I’ve gotten to meet Seals twice. He’s my favorite now. I canvassed for him last weekend, and will hopefully get to again.
Who’s polling with Scheurer? I don’t think the Constituent Dynamics poll includes him.
I was out all over the 8th last week and there were Scheurer signs EVERYWHERE, a lot of them in folks’ yards. Many of them had little homemade signs hanging from the bottom that say “VOTE FOR PEACE”.
Not that yard signs are a true indicator of progress, I was just surprised to see them everywhere.
won’t seals be getting a boost from the congressional scandal that is about to break in il?
Look for Republicans to make huge advances in the next week… polls are already showing a Republican surge as the economy races further ahead (Oil at record lows and the Dow blowing past 12,000). The Dems were never as far ahead as the polls indicated as the samples were skewed over and above the normal 5-6 pct. Dem bias.

And what polls are those?
Melissa Bean losing would cut the whackjob factor of the Illinois Congressional delegation by half.
No doubt these polls showing a GOP surge were taken by Congressman Weller’s teenage loveslave / polling guru.
If only this young woman would come forward, so many mysteries would be solved!
