Vasyl pointed this out in comments–anyway to find ownership–I’m just curious.
In comments is the answer–given it’s not a political figure, I’m not putting it on the front page.

Ownership can be quite difficult to determine, since it often requires a trip to the Register of Deeds’s office to do a title search. This is to be avoided at all costs, as it is extremely time-consuming and painfully boring.
However, the Cook County Treasurer’s website (www.cookcountytreasurer.com) allows you to look up a property by its Property Index Number and learn who the tax bill is sent to (often, but not always, the owner). For Visiting Professor Keyes’s new “permanent” residence, the taxpayer is:
IVAN PERVAN
321 156TH PL
CALUMET CITY, IL 60409-4527
Ta-da.
I really would have liked to post a picture of Keyes’s Maryland home to complete the picture, but no such luck. The closest I could find is a real estate listing for a home in Keyes’s subdivision. It’s a mile away from the Keyes home — but keep in mind that this is an area of 1-5 acre lots, so it’s a country mile, not a city mile. Follow the link, enjoy the contrast between Mr. Keyes’ old neighborhood and his new neighborhood:

[Repeat: this ain’t Keyes’ house, it’s a random house in the neighborhood. But you get the idea!)
