The Cook County Republican Central Committee is bankrupt without Skoien’s personal loans to it at this point. For those trying to make a conspiracy out of Skoien’s firing, let me point out that one guy with a bank account doesn’t threaten the Mayor. If anything the Mayor was annoyed by Skoien’s firing because it made his problems salient in the media instead of letting them fall away.

Uberweis is almost entirely self and Roeser funded while doomed candidate Ron Gidwitz has a large number of large donors ($700,000 from those named Gidwitz). How does a clown like Gidwitz get all these guys to give him big checks?

At least be smart enough that if you are going to buy something at Sam’s Club, keep it under the reportable limit. It’s really obnoxious to claim to support labor and then report that you spend campaign cash there.
