How worried is the Bush Administration about the SEC situation? The normally control obsessive White House is said to be considering Rudy Guiliani. Guiliani is not known for being a team player or staying on message. Worse, you can’t fire an icon if he decides to aggressively pursue corporate malfeasance. For those who remember him before being Mayor, he liked nothing more than to slap the cuffs on suits. It is hard to believe the administration would be willing to give up the control they had with Pitt for a complete lack of control with Guiliani.
