AKA, the governor in waiting. Young, energetic, and fiscally responsible. The only problem is Blago is going to be in his seat in 2006. 2004 against Fitz will be too crowded, so expect the governor in waiting to choose Secretary of State in 2006 when Jesse White retires. He has been the only voice of fiscal restraint and is doing a damn good job. He is the future of the Illinois Democratic Party and the future looks good.
