He’s pushing a bottle deposit law so when one buys a bottle/can one pays a small deposit and gets it back upon returning the bottle. It’s works wonders in Iowa and Michigan and keeps the streets and parks free of trash. Not to mention, it provides a quick fundraiser for the college guys trying to get a keg together.
