Or that the presumption of innocence applies to impeachment.
Or that the Senate rules prevent him from challenging the House’s articles of impeachment.
Or that the Senate rules prevent him from calling McCain, Sebelius, and the other Governors.
Now, reality should take away its degree from Blagojevich for even thinking that McCain or anyone else would help him in this trial.
