Too much Brylcreem those locks wouldn’t move in a gale. Takes a while to get the doo’ lookin sharp for the ladies. Perhaps that’s why he is late for funerals and stuff.
Sorry guys, but the moniker “Governor Good Hair” is taken. That title belongs to Gov. Rick Perry of Texas, even though IMO Blago’s locks ARE the more ornate of the two.
