It’s a neighborhood nuisance in this case so it’s annoys me even more. Some jackass has me on their mental health conspiracy mailing list so when I got this I was even more annoyed than normal.
I think it’s great that they are helping, i think that LA ccan use all the help they can get, and they seem to be very godd at what they do
