  1. Damn is right. I’m not seeing it – she’s up 8+ points in Cook, and 70 precincts (out of 123) yet to report. She clearly knows something we don’t…

Not fun, I’d really hoped we’d pull this one out.

  2. Yea and think of all that money wasted. No Duckworth will fade away and never be seen again; Unlike others who committed to running twice. What a waste. In more ways than one

  3. Just wondering, what would have happened if the national Dems had thrown some of this money toward Dan Seals how he would have done? If he had had the early support of the Dem party what would have happened? A moderate district in the 10th versus a long time conservative district in the 6th? Overall a great night, but if I am Dan Seals I am not happy with the National Dems. Way to go Seals.

  4. I knew in my heart, soul, gut and mind not to give this one
money. I knew that Tammy Duckworth, and the DuPage Democrats would turn their backs on the vote count. To concede early, is a waste of everyone’s money, time and vote. DuPage does not deserve representation for their tax dollars in Washington when they can’t even stand up to the Election Commission to make sure our votes count. Maybe we are glad that Tammy didn’t win, since she turned her back on counting our votes, just like Kerry in 04. Now, we are back at the beginning. This election put us back 32 years. Roskam will be in there for the rest of our lives. We have not given the Democratic voters, in DuPage, a reason to trust their party. No one will even look at us the next time. Now, I know why the DuPage Democratic Precinct Committeemen don’t lift a finger to try. They know the culture. The rest of America cannot count on DuPage for democracy. The Democratic Party here loves their Rethugs in Wheaton too much. In fact, they are the “Goons” of the GOP. The “Legacy of Losers”, and Tammy helped.
