The DINOs you should be worried about are Costello and Lipinski

From Progressive Punch Wegerje points out two guys in far more Democratic Districts vote just as conservative or more conservative

According to the Almanac of American Politics the Bush-Kerry Split in 2004 for the 8th was 56-44 Bush.

The 3rd (Lipinski) 59-41 Kerry. Same rating.

The 12th (Costello) 52-48. More conservative and an unindicted co-conspirator of Amiel Cueto.

Think John Sullivan in the primary for IL-3.

  1. Thank you for finally pointing this out. Not enough people recognize that Bean IS in a republican district and has been unjustifiably targeted.
There has been a pseudo-progressive political group called Public Citizen attacking Bean in my district for being a DINO. It’s bad enough that Democrats are attacking the first Democratic Representative the 8th district has had in 35 years, but these people have been lying to try to knock her down. Take for example, this link:
    http://action.citizen.org/scorecard/scorecard.jsp?person_legislator_ID=102
These “progressives” try to paint Bean as an enemy to the Democratic party, yet they do it by blatantly lying about her voting record. Sure she did have to vote for the first three, we live in a republican district, but all the other votes they listed were completely wrong. It makes no sense to me that people say Bean is voting against Democrats when the record is obvious that she does not.
