		<description>Let&#039;s not overthink this.  Blagojevich has lost all his enablers: Harris, Monk, Wyma, Quinlan.  Sam Adam and G/Jenson are filling the gap.  I bet they&#039;re involved in a whole bunch of policy decisions now, especially since it&#039;s pretty clear that Rod has never concerned himself with day-to-day decisions about running the government.</description>
