		<description>As best I can tell, the reason the lege is taking so long is that they are very cognizant of the fact that what they do to Blago will set precedent for any future impeachment proceedings.  While the case for impeaching Blago is shut before it was ever open, not being thorough in doing the impeachment will leave the door open to all sorts of future shenanigans the instant that a future governor gets on the lege&#039;s bad side.</description>
