I’m pretty sure that last paragraph does NOT define “elitist.” Part of the problem for Democrats is that they don’t understand what the word “elitist” means.

Just so you know, it is not a synonym for “rich.”

For example, Cindy McCain would never be considered an elitist because she does jaw-dropping charity work around the world. It’s the same reason why Princess Diana was never considered an elitist.

When a candidate goes behind closed doors in San Francisco and talks about the people in Pennsylvania in a way that he would never talk about them to their faces in Pennsylvania, he is an elitist.

I recall the definition of the yiddish term “chutzpah.” The definition of chutzpah is when a man kills his parents and then pleads for mercy from the court because he is an orphan.

The new definition is when a Rothschild whose husband has apparently been knighted by the Queen calls the son of a Kansas mother raised in a single family environment, elitist.

I sure would love to read her observations from the platform committee deliberations. She probably based her views on what she heard from her maid!
