   Al is touring in support of an album, and a single, that have both gone Gold. He’s a hugely popular present-day artist, not some oldies act. If he’s not drawing at the Fair, it may be the weather but it’s more likely to be inadequate publicity. He did 4 concerts in the state last year, on the first leg of the current tour, and will do another one the night after the fair, so that may have done something to spread out the demand too.
