One suspects there is another thing at play though when this is said:

Rich did suggest this move by Petey may help Dr. Sauerberg more than hurt…
In reality, it’s a bit like moving furniture — the end results will still be the same this November.

To some extent it might and yeah he faces a big uphill challenge. But anything that says neener-neener to these guys only helps.

Doesn’t do much but let those guys play the role of self-fulfilling martyr… That, and give Playful Petey a chance to do more research by inviting Dr. Sauerberg to Boystown for a few pops to talk things over.
