Either Obama underpaid, or Rezko overpaid or both. Who were the other "bidders" and were they arms length or associates? Obama says he never did Rezko any favors, but he pays him $64,000 more than appraised value (more than double) for vacant land. I wish he would NOT do me some favors like that! Who is this "Doctor" that sold the properties to these unseemly partners? Obama keeps saying he has better judgement, but blows off his dealings with an indicted land developer as a "bonehead decision". Should we expect this from a President Obama when we blunders our foreign policy? "I'm sorry Pakistan, that was bonehead of me to bomb you, Oh well."
