duckworth filed her termination report on 05/31/2007 and filed her q2 report last week. filing a termination report would generally signal an end to a campaign committee, but with john laesch, who knows? seriously, he just doesn’t seem to grasp the intricacies of running for office. so maybe he followed the rules, terminated his committee to end his run. but maybe he did it because everyone else was (there have been quite a few termination reports this quarter from illinois). that he raised so little money is also telling, either way…
