		<description>I had to take that ethics training.  It&#039;s dead easy.  I thought there was a warning about the minimum time, though -- or maybe I just heard that from somebody.  I had to deliberately slow myself down, take breaks to do other things, etc.  Seven minutes is fast, but if you&#039;ve seen all the material for several years, I can see getting it done that quickly.  Especially if you&#039;re trying to get it over with and get back to your actual job.</description>
