   This isn’t the first time they’ve had trouble out there and why didn’t they open? He’s saying he’s doing something, but he should have been better prepared. I’ve been on races where his results are always the last to come in. It’s a chronic problem. If I was running for clerk, you’d be sure that this issue would come up.

   The opponent did bring it up–her best hope is all the people who have to make a second trip…

   And Rich is covering the disaster from previous years. I kind of remember them being slow, but didn’t realize the extent of the problem.
