70% Participation in St Louis County
As a bit of a side note, Missouri’s turnout is high with county election officials expecting 70% turnout–some glitches at polling places in the County, but nothing horrible.
City turnout is up, but no estimates on that.

Pretty much. I think 2004 was higher, but it’s much higher than the typical midterm.
