So you expect him to run for governor first?

==============================================

Either governor or vice president. IMO, two years in the Senate where all he has to do is make some speeches and cast a couple hundred votes is not enough time to credibly be considered for president. There's a reason why only two people in the last 100 years have gone directly from the senate to the presidency.

<i>> I’d like to see how he would do in an executive position where he has to lead and make tough judgements before I would consider him as a credible presidental candidate.</i>

So you expect him to run for governor first?

Obama is an inspriring speaker and I'm glad he is a senator from my state but as I said in a comment section of an Obama cheerleader blogger who promptly deleted the comment, its horribly premature for him to consider a run for the presidency.

I'd like to see how he would do in an executive position where he has to lead and make tough judgements before I would consider him as a credible presidental candidate.
