Yeah, electing a career politician who shovels tons of pork into his district is FAR funnier than giving a chance to a self-made businessman who is a true fiscal conservative and will actually shake thing up in Washington.

He stood up as president of the 2 million-member Chicago area GOP to fill this slot on the ballot as a favor to the party, making the point that this elected position made no sense, and was just another way of putting a Daley machine candidate into office. He got over 800,000 votes without trying. So give it a rest.
I believe all Southern liberals come from the same starting point -- race. Once you figure out they are lying to you about race, you start to question everything.
