Nobody believes us until they try it, then they can't get over how good it tastes. My wife's big on organic, hormone-free, etc., and we've been extremely impressed with their whole operation. When Robin had a question about something, she sent it into the 'contact us' section of the website, and got a phenomenal email back from Bob Renaut (the Oberweis CEO) - incredibly detailed, sincere note explaining what they do and why. Jim's a bit (!) nutty, but the business and the product are without peer. Totally agree re: the skim milk. Nobody believes us until they try it, then they can’t get over how good it tastes. At present, the milk our daughter gets is still coming straight from the source, so to speak. But given our very rational fears about genetically engineered foods and growth hormones and other junk, it is good to know there are more brands without that crap.
