Perhaps it is because my family is on that divide, but I’m not laughing. Just sighing.

It’s obvious that to be a Republican you must be a Religous nut….
This is already getting old.

To vote for a man who willfully invaded another country, while lying to the nation about the reason(s), because he is a man of “values” means one must be some kind of a nut… I really don’t care what kind.
Personally, I think the pointless war in Iraq — and the thousands of deaths it has caused — “is getting kind of old.”
But what the hell do I know, I am a valueless Democrat.

Look at the exit polls Oneman. That is why Bush won. You don’t have to be a fundamentalist to be a Republican, but that’s the base of the party now.

Those Jesus freaks are crazy, cut ‘em loose.
We don’t need them. They can have Alabama and Mississippi we’ll be happy with California and Oregon.
Same idiots that thought is was “God ordained” to keep the races separate.
Good riddance.

I prefer this map myself.

Wow. I had not seen that map before, but how horribly, horribly accurate. I live in the United States of Canada (thankfully), and my father is a white, born-again Christian in his 40’s and he voted for Kerry (not Bush), so maybe there is hope afterall.
